Space Frame is a structure of linear elements arranged in a configuration that internal forces are transferred in a three-dimensional manner. It can be produced in steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Some typical applications:

• Domes & Skylights is like a horizontal window or opening place in the roof to admit natural daylight or to give a clear vision of the sky at night. Materials used for admitting light or to provide vision can be glass or acrylic sheets depending upon the project requirements Framing members supporting such type of materials can be either aluminum profiles or steel framing suitably treated to avoid corrosion. While acrylic domes provide even light distribution throughout the day, Skylights & domes admit more light per unit area than windows and distribute it more evenly over a space.
• Canopies and Entryways: Canopies create an aesthetical effect to the building architecture, be it used at the entrance of the building or as a decorative feature in the roof. It usually consists of steel structure with aluminum cladding or steel structure with spider glazing/point fixed glazing or combination of both or with tension cables and rods to give more sophisticated look to the facade. The advantages of using the canopy at the main entrance are that the entrance to the structure does not sustain direct weather harshness

With constant development in science and technology, glass curtain walls are finding increasingly more applications and their structures are also experiencing great changes. Point-fixed structural glazing systems are ideal solution for architects striving to achieve maximum light and transparency within large areas.

1. Spider Arms

Stainless steel arms grade 304/316 fix glass panels to supporting structure. The arms are placed at either side of a steel fin plate welded to the supporting steel structure.

2. Glass Fittings

Machined fittings from stainless steel material grade 316.  The function of these fittings is to fix the glass panel onto the spider arms. The fittings penetrate the glass panels at each corner through 36 mm / 25 mm diameter holes.

3. Plastic Sleeves and Rubber Washers

The function of these components is to prevent contact between glass and stainless steel to ensure water and air tightness.

Hinged Windows are windows that are attached to the frame by one or more hinges at the side. They are used singly or in pairs within a common frame, in which case they are hinged on the outside.

Sliding Windows are used in openings that are wider than they are tall. They open sideways, with one pane sliding over the other

Top Hinged Windows are windows that open outwards from the base and are fixed at the top. The air can circulate without creating draughts and, if it rains, the water is kept out. This window is used a great deal in offices and business premises and on curtain walls.

Tilt & Turn Windows are windows that function in two ways. The tilt function opens the top of the sash, allowing fresh air to ventilate the room. The turning function allows for them to be opened inwardly, hinging from the side. They’re also perfectly suited as emergency exits or ‘escape windows’, making them one of the most versatile window options on the market. Tilt and turn windows come with a wide range of benefits, including: easy to clean from the inside, suitable for multi-story buildings, child-safe ventilation, and opens inwards.

Lift-and-Slide Windows are the ideal system for large windows with opening leafs. They enable movement of the window thanks to a “lift-and-slide” system, which makes for extremely easy control when opening and closing.

Folding sliding windows feature a concertina opening, to enable windows to be fully opened and connect internal and external environments. When opened, the leafs are gathered like a concertina to the left and/or right of the frame.

• Hinged Doors is the standard hinged door is as basic as doors come. This is what everyone thinks of when you say the word ‘door’.
• Automatic Sliding Doors are doors that open horizontally by sliding, usually parallel to a wall. Sliding doors can be mounted either on top of a track below or be suspended from a track above and some types ‘disappear’ in a wall when slid open. Automatic doors are the ones that open automatically, usually on sensing the approach of a person. There is a standard automatic sliding door, curved automatic sliding door, and the slim profile automatic sliding door.

• Revolving Doors typically consist of three or four doors that hang on a central shaft and rotate around a vertical axis within a cylindrical enclosure, very energy efficient due to the decreased loss of heating or cooling for the building

• Folding Door are doors that “fold open”, which is different than the conventional Swing Doors which swivel at the hinges to open or close.  Since they fold-open, they are ideal to use in areas of limited space or where you need to use the space right beside the door. The most common forms of folding doors are the Bi-Fold Doors, Multi-Fold  and the Accordion Doors.

Composite Panel Cladding: Composite panels are factory engineered panels used mainly for exterior cladding, partitioning, load bearing walls and roofing elements in a wide range of non-residential buildings. Panels are manufactured on a continuous lamination basis with metal facings – usually steel or aluminum – encapsulating a foamed polyurethane core. This composition offers a high degree of stability, rigidity, and excellent load-bearing capacity

Stainless Steel Cladding is durable and weather resistant .it is used for reason for imbibing a aesthetic effect to the facade where used. It is used in multiple thicknesses as per the requirement of the architect. The applications involve curved or straight, the finish of stainless-steel cladding can be mirror or brush finish or matt finish as per the requirement of the client. Generally, SS316 or marine grade is used for external applications & SS304 for internal applications. The application are store fronts, atrium cladding, automatic entrances decoration etc.

Solid Aluminum Cladding is generally used for columns & concrete dead walls with mineral wool insulation. It can also be used in different thickness as per project requirements & specifications. Finish can be PVDF or powder coating matching the external facade envelope.

Louvers: is a window blind or shutter with horizontal slats that are angled to admit light and air, but to keep out rain and direct sunshine. The angle of the slats may be adjustable, usually in blinds and windows, or fixed. Commercial louvers can reduce up to 80% of direct radiation effect. Louvered doors & air intake or exhaust louvers matching project requirements are available, with the options of manually and/or electrically operated ones.

Sunshades: Aluminum sunshades keep the building cool and comfortable, while giving a sleek and modern architectural look. These aluminum sunscreens let diffused natural daylight in while keeping out the heat. Sunshades can eliminate the need for window treatments such as blinds, tinting, or curtains. Sunshades are integrated with curtain wall facades by means of special brackets connected to the structures or the facades or standalone ones are available with motorized options based on the customer requirements

Rolling Shutters: AluFab provides rolling shutters either automatic or manual or with both functions based on customers’ requirements.

Integrated Venetian Blind System: We offer specialized system where the venetian blind is integrated in the insulated glass panels on aluminum profiles with manual as well as automatic operating options.

Fire-rated Doors & Windows: Fire-rated units with rating up to 120 minutes using premium aluminum systems like Schüco and AluK. Glass supplied are of 2 different types, one with integrity only, and the other with both integrity & insulation.

Bullet Proof Facades: We supply and install bullet-proof glass facades based on different categories in both commercial as well as premium European aluminum systems based on the customer needs and requirements, be it door, windows, or even curtain wall facades.
